It means coding agents write most of the code. They are fast, they do not get tired at the fourth refactor, and on a well-specified job they are genuinely quicker than a person.
They are also confidently wrong in ways that are tedious to find. An engineer with decades of software development experience is what turns fast code into software you can rely on, and what stops a plausible-looking answer shipping when it should not have.
